Bay to Bay ECI Program is one of the many local programs sponsored by The Texas Interagency Council on Early Childhood Intervention(ECI). We serve families who have babies or toddlers with disabilities or developmental delays. We serve children ages birth to three in Aransas, Bee, Live Oak, and San Patricio counties. Bay to Bay goes into homes and daycares so that families do not have to travel to clinics that might be miles away from home.

ECI's Mission:To develop and provide early childhood programs that increase the liklihood that all Texas children will develop to their highest potential.

ECI's Philosopy:ECI, an interdisciplinary and interagency program, was established with the belief that programs working in partnerships with families will best serve the needs of young children with developmental delays.
